White Water Kayak Coaching
We offer the very best performance and skill development coaching courses in white water kayaking, designed to take your paddling to the next level. All courses are delivered by highly experienced advanced coaches with decades paddling at a high level throughout the world from Europe, Chile, Norway, Africa and Nepal.
We ensure our courses utilise the best venues available, whilst providing individualised coaching underpinned by tried and tested technical skills. Our performance coaching is delivered in a style which supports and challenges you in just the right way, aiming to really build long-lasting confidence.

Advanced White Water Development Week (includes Advanced White Water Safety)
(5 days)
Course Aims:
This comprehensive 5 day programme of skill development will look at the full repetoire of personal paddling skills for more advanced environments, from creeks and drops to wider bigger volume rivers including: use of cast iron tactics and technical skills, along with good decision making principles. Alongside this, we will explore the key strategies for managing safety within a team, along with developing tried and tested rescue techniques in more advanced situations.

Who is this course for:
This course is the ideal course for "Grade 3 occasionally 4" white water kayakers, who are looking to progress their skills to begin tackling Grade 4 white water with style and confidence, and a more reliable performance skilset.
About the venue:​
This course is based in the Fort William area of the Scottish Highlands, which has a wide variety of Grade 3/4 venues available, including dam release sections for guaranteed water.
The week will play to the strengths of the forecasted rainfall, dam releases and water levels which are available. Our coaches have expert knowledge to help choose the best venues for your learning and development.

What's included:
The week includes the Britsh Canoeing Awarding Body Advanced White Water Safety award for those that are keen to gain certification.
​Cost includes all coaching a guiding. You would need to source your own food and accommodation (recommendations available)

Scottish White Water
Classics Week
(Intermediate, Grade 2/3)
This 5 day course aims to explore the very best rivers of the Scottish Highlands. Based centrally from our accommodation in Fort William, this week is designed for the intermediate white water kayaker who is comfortable paddling up to "Grade 3 on a good day" and will aim to paddle and explore the superb rivers the area has to offer, including Spean, Roy, Findhorn, Orchy, Lochy, Oich, Arkaig, Ailort to name but a few.

Skill development will also be baked into this guided week, with lots of opportunities to gain some performance coaching as we go along, to improve your paddling skills and confidence.
